Hi, I'm Natalie Guevara.

A health and nervous system coach, personal trainer, and yoga teacher with over a decade of coaching experience.

In addition to holding advanced certifications in functional movement, breathwork, somatics and health mindset, I have spent years studying how the nervous system intersects with strength, body image and sustainable behavior change.

My method is direct, evidence based and trauma informed. 

Wild Strength is the physical expression of my foundational belief that you, nor your body were ever the problem.

It's the approach that was not designed for your body, your season, or actual life.

I'm here to change that through a strength program that takes you and your nervous system seriously. Building strength and freedom through intentional, fun (and a little wild) movement.
