EVERYTHING INCLUDED
Here is what you get.
- 16 weeks of progressive steel mace programming delivered through Everfit. 4 training sessions per week, beginner-scaled, with modifications for every movement. Steel mace, kettlebell, yoga and mobility, and outdoor sessions programmed in a cyclical wave to honor your nervous system while building real, lasting capacity.
- Monthly group coaching call. One live call per month with Natalie. Not a check-in. Actual coaching. Q&A, movement troubleshooting, and space to process what is coming up.
- Everfit community access: your cohort of women doing the same work. Async support, check-ins, shared wins, and the accountability that only comes from being in it with people who get it.
- Unlimited form checks to make sure you're progressing appropriately and doing so that build lasting, pain free strength.
- Nervous system protocols built in: weekly breathwork and recovery practices are part of the program, not optional extras. This is what makes the results durable.

How It Works

STEP 1: Root
As soon as you enroll you'll begin your orientation (Week 0)
During this week you will focus on familiarizing yourself with the program and setting up for success. Training wise we will focus on core re-education, foundational postures and mace mechanics. Step-by-step instructions are delivered both in your training app and your education portal. Nothing is left to guess!
STEP 2: Rise
The program is built in 4 phases training in a 4 day wave.
Each week you'll have 4 workouts programed.
A NO intensity day for core work and joint mobility.
A LOW intensity day training with the mace and setting the foundation.
A MOD strength day continuing to solidify mace movements with added kettlebell strength (optional but recommended)
And a HIGH intensity day adding intensity to your mace workouts for conditioning.
Each workout focuses on both priming the nervous system and the body, strengthening, conditioning and down regulating.
STEP 3: Rebuild
Throughout the training program you'll be rebuilding real functional strength, trust with your body, and yourself, actual confidence and a regulated & resilient nervous system.
This isn't just a physical strength training program, it's a full mind body experience supporting your nervous system capacity and regulation which you will absolutely notice in every area of your life.

The steel mace changed everything for me too.
For years, I was doing everything right. I had over a decade of experience as a functional movement coach and yoga teacher. I understood the body. I knew how training worked. And I was still waking up every day with chronic back pain, neck pain, a shoulder that wouldn't cooperate — and a level of fatigue that had nothing to do with how much sleep I was getting.
I have Hashimoto's and PCOS. I know what it's like to do the work and have your body respond like it didn't get the memo. I know what it's like to lose motivation not because you're lazy, but because you're genuinely depleted — and no amount of discipline fixes depletion.
What happened next still surprises me. The chronic back pain — gone. The shoulder issue — resolved. The neck pain I'd been managing for years — better than it had been in a decade. My core strength, my balance, my mobility all improved in ways that fifteen years of conventional training hadn't produced. As an equestrian, I noticed it in the saddle before I noticed it anywhere else: steadier, more coordinated, more connected to my body.
But more than the physical changes — the fatigue lifted. The motivation came back. Not because I found some new discipline strategy, but because I was finally training in a way that worked with my nervous system instead of constantly taxing it.
I'm a mom of four with a full life. I know what it means to need a training approach that fits into reality — not an idealized version of your schedule that doesn't actually exist.
