I'm Natalie Guevara
Nutritionist, Body image coach, and holistic movement mentor.

I spent over a decade obsessed with food, stuck in disordered eating, and trapped in an unhealthy relationship with exercise. I tried every diet, tracked every macro, pushed harder in the gym — and still hated what I saw in the mirror.
My body felt like a project I could never get right.
It wasn’t until I stopped chasing perfection and started working with my nervous system, identity, and movement that everything changed. I discovered freedom in food, strength in my body, and a deep sense of confidence that wasn’t tied to the scale.
Now, I help women 35+ do the same.
I’ve combined my background as a functional nutrition coach, yoga teacher, strength coach, and behavior change expert with over a decade of clinical experience to create a proven framework that actually lasts.
